Good afternoon XXXXXXX and welcome to Just Answer!
Michigan and Indiana do have a reciprocal state agreement that requires you to still complete a tax form for both states. You will complete your normal state tax forms for Michigan and depending how you are paid in Indiana will determine which form you will need to file there. For example if you are paid via wages, commissions, and/or tips in IN, then you will file and IT-40RNR form. Here is the link to the form and directions: http://www.in.gov/dor/taxforms/98pdfs/40rnr98.pdf
If you receive other sources of income in Indiana, then you will need to file an IT-40PNR form. Here is the link to the form : http://www.in.gov/dor/taxforms/07pdfs/07-it40pnrfrm.pdf
Here is an interesting link that may explain the reciprocal agreement a little better although it is not your situation exactly. http://www.in.gov/dor/reference/legal/rulings/pdfs/0120040297lof.pdf
One last form that should be completed as well: http://www.in.gov/dor/taxforms/pdfs/wh47.pdf
