Accepted Answer

If the vibration is speed sensitive it definitely sounds like a wheel or tire issue. When felt in the floorboard and not the steering wheel that indicates rear tire/wheel. I would have them look at the actual tires themselves and see if it's coming apart or seperating internally (tires have bands and chords that serve as structure and if defective will cause a wobble, bubble on the sidewall and/or a vibration). If the car is certified I would almost demand a new set of tires and pursue this problem until resolved. From my own experience it definitely sounds like a tire or wheel issue. It also wouldn't hurt to have them check the front halfshafts and make sure both are in good shape with no seized or worn CV joints/bearings ok.
