I want to know the loction of the hazard flasher/turn signal relay unit on a 1995 Saturn SC2. I have looked at the fuse panel in the passenger side floor area as well as the fuse box in the engine compartment without success. The Hayes Repair Manual for 1991 through 2002 Saturn S-series models states that this relay unit is on the passenger compartment fuse panel for "early" models, but the panel configuration for my 1995 Saturn is different than that pictured and the relay unit can't be found. Also, the label for the passenger fuse panel does not even show the turn signal relay switch. Any ideas?

There is a fusebox in the console, there.
Here is the information I have for location of the flasher:
Front seating area, center, under dash, front of console, mounted in junction block
