Hi There!
Thanks for Choosing Just Answer.
Does the bus chassis have a toilet and black tank in place? IS there a lavatory on the bus?
Thanks
OK
Wow this will be allot of work. You will need three different tanks, A black tank for the sewage, a grey water tank for the sink, and a fresh water tank also for the tank. These will have to be fitted in the belly of the bus. The black tank should be located below the toilet because of the plumbing. You will also need a water pump to circulate the water to the sink there are different pumps available for rv's flo jet etc. Another issue is if you want hot water you need some type of hot water heater, most hot water heaters run off of propane and electric. The plumbing once the tanks are in place should not be to bad the toilet would be the most difficult because it has to line up with the black tank. You will also need an area below where the tanks are to install knife valves to dump the tanks when they get full. I would suggest calling around to some RV shops to see if they are willing to tackle this project. This might be a 40 to 60 hour job depending on what road blocks are in place. I hope this information was somewhat helpful. Thank You! Please hit ACCEPT for my efforts, Positive feedback and BONUS welcomed!!

Just trying to be helpful, maybe another expert will have some ideas, I will opt out of the question, I do not know when another expert will be able to contact you.
Thanks.
