That would be considered the unauthorized practice of law as you would be providing advice regarding a person's legal rights, and selecting the documents. Only attorneys are permitted to provide this type of service.

No, a paralegal is also not permitted to give legal advice. A paralegal can prepare legal documents under the supervision and final approval of an attorney. The attorney is responsible for any work that a paralegal performs.
