Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy)'

Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer. It is very difficult to say when is the best time, because the flowering of the bulbs depends of the weather in Winter and in Spring. Flower bulbs are a product of nature. There fore nature determines when the spring bulbs will bloom. The temperature is a deciding factor there; with a cold spring it takes longer for the bulbs to bloom than with a warmer spring. At Keukenhof you will find many flowers blooming already. Saturday April 26th is the date this year for the annual Flower Parade.
