On the basis of what you have written,it appears to be some kind of Hormone (Endocrinal problem) related problem.

Somewhat similar kind of presentation is seen in Hirsutism which also present with features such as menstural disturbances, facial hair,thinning of hairs and balding etc.

What is Hirsutism?
What are the symptoms?

(Please note, I am not saying that you are having Hirsutism)it is just an example.

But in my opinion you should consult idealy an Endocrinologist ,or a Physician for its proper diagnosis and management.
