If you believe that a crime is being committed you should report the crime to the police. They will come meet you and request information from you, file a formal report and then take the necessary steps to investigate your report. If they have a sufficient basis to search the premises at that time they will proceed, or they may go to court to get a search warrant first. Either way, calling the police and filing a report is the first step.
