Accepted Answer

It will depend on the court. The wife could be required to move out immediately after recieving the division of equity, but she could ask the court to order the husband to allow her 30 days to move out. It will really depend on what the wife asks for and what the husband will agree to and what the court ultimately determines is reasonable as to when she should be required to vacate.
