Is there anyway to get an answer without giving personal, financial or credit card #'s? I have had fraud against my credit card on the internet and am not comfortable giviing this info

You do not have to post this in tech support.

You can only make payments using a credit card or by e-check through paypal. If you have a balance in your paypal account, you can use that as well.

When you get to the page requiring your credit card number and for all pages involved in the credit card processing, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for encrypted transactions. You will be able to see that the page is encrypted. With most browsers, you will see a "padlock" or similar security logo appear when you get to the credit card pages.
