hello longhair,
a genetic susceptibility with ainitiative event like viral infection or a stress lead to cns disregulation & abnormal pain perception.associated with the sleep disturbances,fatigue,depression & muscle deconditoning do cause the fibromyalgia..

you may do following for this-
1.a lifestyle alternation with yoga .a proper sleep will help you.
2.some medication in the market like fluoxetin,amitryptiline,ventaxafine,has given agood result but they can be used only on precription of a doctor.
i think it wil help you.
