Hello:
I think we all go down that road, one day, we have the whole world as our oyster and nothing ever "bad can happen that day", or the next few hours, then we will get down or we let our "bad thoughts" take over and we have no confidence that anything good will come our way !
If its a everyday thing, then you need to do a pick me up thought process change !
Everyday when you get out of bed go to the mirror and tell yourself,
This is going to be a good day for me ! If " bad " things do happen, I'm going to turn my thoughts to positive things that have happened, and put the "bad things" on the back burner for awhile !
I will "smile" at as many people as I can each day, so they will return the favor and cheer up my day !
I will do one thing each day to "pay it forward", to help someone else each day !
I will not allow other people to bring me down !
If you try the thought processes everyday, after awhile they will become automatic and you will find your self confidence will be lifted up !
