Reply to Brian's Post: im pouring industial docks and i use 4000 psi concrete but the superintendant wants 700 flex concrete and i need the specs on how to make it

Answer

It seems to be a certain mixture of concrete, I saw used in a parking lot application. I had no success finding out how it is made.

Sorry....I will opt out of this question and hopefully another expert will be able to help you out.
