Hello Jenna. I'm so glad you asked before doing anything. The answer is absolutely not. There are no medications we can give our birds, of any kind, or for any reason, unless specifically directed by a competent Avian vet. If you give your bird anything like that, it's a death sentence. You cannot give any kind of pain relief medications. But, there are a couple things you can do. The most important one is going to be to get them into separate cages asap. In spite of those sweet little faces and tiny size, Lovebirds can be some of the most aggressive, territorial of all parrots, including the big ones. They have even been known to kill their own mates. If you are seeing this kind of aggression and fighting, it is imperative for the safety of both that you get them apart. As for the foot wound, if it is still bleeding, don't be washing it off. That is only making it worse. The safest thing you probably have on hand to stop the bleeding is corn starch. Second best is flour. Coat it on the foot as thick as needed to cause clotting. If it works, leave it alone. Don't try to wash it off as you will likely start the bleeding again. Tiny birds cannot lose much blood at all and not be in a life threatening situation. If you can get it stopped, just leave it alone but keep a close eye on it. If you cannot get it stopped, you must get her to a competent Avian vet, as an emergency. She could need IV fluid replacement to save her. If the bleeding stops and if it is not a deep wound, it will be safe, later on, to use Neosporin on it. As for the tongue, there is nothing you can do. You have to hope it is so minor that it stops bleeding on it's own, or again, you need vet intervention. As with the foot, stop adding water by washing it off. Better a little dried blood on the beak for awhile than to risk continuing bleeding. I hope this helps but if you need anything else at all, just let me know. I want to help you prevent further injury or worse, if at all possible. Patricia
