Whenever a puppy this young stops eating and drinking, it is a dangerous situation. They can easily become dehydrated and hypoglycemic. These are both life-threatening conditions that require treatment by a vet. Even if the original illness that caused the loss of appetite was something minor, dehydration and/or hypoglycemia turn it into a serious illness. Since your puppy has not been eating or drinking, I recommend that you take her to the vet today.

If you have to wait to see the vet, a little pancake syrup on her tongue once per hour will help if she's a bit hypoglycemic. This is not a replacement for a vet visit, however.

It's not likely that Nikki caught something from Buddy, since Buddy hasn't been ill. She may have eaten something that didn't agree with her. She could even have been exposed to an illness before she was vaccinated. Vaccines don't work right away - it takes awhile for the body to respond and build immunity.
