Answer

It is located just to the right of the Steering Column, under the Driver dash.
There may be a cover on it

Reply to Lurch's Post: I have re-checked and could not find the connector. Is it possible that it is no longer a "D" type connector? ther is a Square connector about 1/2 inch high by 1 inch long.
