I HAVE A 98 SILVERADO WITH TILT, MY KEY SWITCH IS NOT GOING TO START POSITION ALL THE TIME. CAN I REPLACE THE KEY SWITCH, THANK YOU.

The first thing I would check is the ignition switch down low on the strg column. You can remove it and disconnect it from the rod that comes down from the lock. Then check each part separately and see which one binds. You may have some crud built up in the switch slide and it will not allow full movement.
