The normal dosage of Andriol is 120-160 mg per day for 2-3 weeks, then 40-120 mg daily for maintenance. If you were only taking 40 mg per day, it is to be expected that your testosterone level would not improve appreciably. Besides pills, there are also testosterone patches that are an alternative testosterone source that your doctor could prescribe for you.
