If you have an agreement with a person that they can reside in your home, that is considered a verbal/oral lease. To evict them you must follow the same steps that your landlord would have to follow to evict you.
Idaho tenant must be given notice by a landlord prior to the eviction. The notice can be a 3 or 30 day notice.
