As you can see from teh exploded picture. the cranks shaft pulley unbolts. BUT you mat need a good puller to get it to come of well and clean.

Wrong year diagram, I believe that's a '93. I could pull that one easily with a steering wheel puller. Look here for a '94:

mndave0002's respone didn't help as the diagram was the wrong year Mitsubishi. I figured it out myself (just pull it off, dummy). I little WD-40 and a pry bar.

I believe a refund is in order.
