Question

My 1 1/2 year old unspayed female mini schnauzer has swollen lymph nodes in her neck. She was hospitalized march 1st with a fever of 104.7 after having hives 3 days before. She was given antibiotic and benadryl and sent home with meds for 1 week. Her blood tests in the hospital showed a large amount of crenated RBC. 3 days ago she recevied her annual rabies and other shots. Her neck was swollen before that though. She is lathargic but eating and drinking water. She had diarehea last week and now is regular. I have added canned food to her diet. Her glands became swollen after the round of antibiotics were finished. Yesterday the vet took blood to redo the CBC. Results to follow on Monday. What do you think is going on inside her little body? She is normally very active and healthy.
