Question

my dryer squeaks- on the back panel there is a brown spot that looks like something has been rubbing (sounds like metal on metal) how do i take apart and find the problem

Ok, let's take a look at this;

 

Frigidaire is one of the simpler Dryers to get into.

Just pop off the top, remove a couple screws in the front, remove the belt and then you should be able to remove the drum. Now you can see what needs to be replaced.
