I have two problems. The bathtub, in the guest bathroom, gurgles everytime the toilet is flushed, and, I get a sewage smell from the sink and shower, in the master bathroom. The smell is not constant, but it does make its presence known at least every other day. Please help! It's driving me crazy. Thank-you.
