I think your girl may have one of 3 things going on. She could have an ear infection that has progressed to her inner ear, or she could have a dental infection. Both conditions would cause the pawing at the face you are seeing. The last possibility is some neurological issue which can be caused by an ear infection reaching the inner ear and causing some damage, so it would be the best thing to have her seen by the vet to check for these things. Another sign of neurological issues is uneven pupil dialation. Early treatment is beneficial so that these conditions don't progress to something harder to treat.
