Hi!

First of all, anything that sounds too good to be true, probably is.

According to the website, it says:
Not applicable for woman in pregnancy and patients of cordis-vasal disease and apoplexy

What I interpret this as, it's not safe for people with cardiovascular conditions (ie: it might raise your blood pressure or otherwise stimulate your heart), and it can cause seizures (apoplexy).

I was able to find the ingredients here:
http://www.b2btrade.biz/leads_85482/

Flos Citri Aurantii - This is the flower of the orange tree, I believe. I have not been able to find anything showing it is harmful.
Cassia Seed will cause loose stools, and can lower blood pressure.
Jobs Tears - these are the grains of a tropical asian grass. These are distantly related to corn or barley. This is probably safe in normal usage.
Mulberry Leaf Extract - this appears to moderate the response to glucose, and has been studied in diabetics (http://care.diabetesjournals.org/cgi/content/full/30/5/1272)
Medical Amylum - corn starch - this holds the capsule together.

So do I think it's harmful -- probably not. Do I think it's worth the money - no. Do I think it will cause rapid weight loss - perhaps, but along with that needs to come changes in diet and exercise, both of which if you do on their own will cause weight loss.

Let me know if this helps, and whether you have any further questions.

Dr. Eric
