Hello XXXXXXX,
Opening an account at a bank is very easy. As an LLC, you will need to determine who can sign the checks, what type of accounts you want, and how many. For instance, you may need a payroll account, a general business account, an office account--whatever. There are many different "plans" in most banks, also. Some have monthly fees, some offer an ATM card, some require a minimum balance, and so on.
Then you fill out forms, sign the signature cards, order the style of checks, and give the bank your initial deposit for each account.
I hope this answers your question. If so, click Accept so that I can get credit for my work. Thanks.

Hello again,
Do you have a registered agent in Nevada?
When you do business in Nevada (or any state) you need to register the LLC with the Secretary of State. This includes naming a registered agent with a street address in order to have a certain place to serve papers if necessary and to actually "find" the LLC if needed. Often, someone hires a lawyer to do this. It really amounts to just receiving some mail once in a while.
But, once you get this established, you will have an "identity" in Nevada, and can prove this to the bank. I want to provide you with the information on the Nevada Secretary of State including a link to all the forms you may need to register a foreign corporation.

I hope this is the information you need. Please check with the bank and I am sure that this will suffice to establish your companies identity and you are on your way to getting your banking established as well. Good luck to you.
