Answer

Well, let me put it this way, the more toe in you have in the adjustment the worse the car will handle. The more toe in the less steering wheel return after cornering and the more the front end will want to dance after coming out of a corner. Depending on how much tire wear you want to put up with, I would start at about 1/8th toe out and see how it handles from there. After 1/8th toe out, you will be starting to cause more serious and faster tire wear, so you have to sort of meet in the middle. The more toe out the better it will handle, but also the more it will wear tires. Anything over 1/4 would cause serious wear and also driving problems and tire squeal, I think about 1/8th is the best you are going to be able to do if you are driving on a paved surface. If it was all dirt roads, you could go farther, but you also need to be practical about wear. Thanks
