new tps&iacv

Answer

The idle speed is set with a clean throttle body and engine warmed up-using a scanner idling in park will show 15-20 iac counts all electrical loads off.The computer will deside on the idle rpm and the iac counts commanded and the rpm will show if it working-the north star is well known for bad cranksensors.
