hi i own a 06 monte carlo ss with a 5.3 ls4. iwas wondering if i need to reprogram the ecu/pcu if i install a jet performance mass air flow senser. the car has a magnaflow cat back exhaust and a k&n cai that i had the dealer install,when they did they reprogrammed the computer. will i have to have it done again. thank you matt

You might check with your dealer to see if there are any update calibrations for your vehicle.You do not need to reprogram the PCM for your new MAF,the PCM can read & communicate with the MAF without any problem.
