Hello. It is most likely the final stage transistor that has failed. This is the normal scenerio. It could be the blower motor or display unit but more unlikely. Does your display for your IHKA (heating and ac) unit come on and the temp and speed display for fan function. If it does again most likely it is the final stage. Would you like repair instructions for this or would you like it done in a shop?

Hello I will past the instructions that I have located. As for the price at the dealership. I think about 1-2hours labor. I do the repairing so I am not completely sure on the price of the final stage. I would have to guess at around $150 (though this is a complete guess) I could find out for you tomorrow at work. If you would like this please provide the last seven of your vin. Also a quick call to the dealer ship/parts will aslo answer this for you.
