my passenger side window fell down in my door ad now I cant get it back up. what is the problem, is it the motor or what?

Without pulling Door panel, it would be hard to say.
If you hear the Motor, when the switch is pressed, the Glass may have come off Regulator.
Otherwise, the Motor or regulator could be the cause.
