feels like throat is closing and feels there is a lump in my throat and chest feels heavy when I inhale, can you give some advice?

about 2 weeks,no I haven't had any test and I don't know if I have acid reflux disease

you most likely have what is called as globus hystericus... which is a condition in which one feels a lump in the throat but there is actually nothing there...

quite often there is no cause found... but when a cause is found... the most common cause is acid reflux...

i would advise you to take prilosec 20 mg twice a day for two weeks and see if that helps...

the second most common cause of this is anxiety...
