Question

When I try to start my 1990 subarban with a 350 tbi there is so much gas dumping in the tbi it I believe floods the moter to where it will not start

we put in a distributer, it ran great then after we got it up to operating temperture I unpluged
the tan and black wire to time it.
Then the moter stopped, when we try to start it now the tbi bowls file up with gas and i believe flood it

It's out of phase, Try restabbing it...
