  • Hi There!

Thanks for Choosing Just Answer!

Below is all the information you requested. I hope this helps you out.

  • Remove the caliper and caliper bracket. It is not necessary to disconnect the brake line. Hang the caliper with a piece of wire so no tension is on the brake line.

  • Remove the screws holding the brake rotor on the hub. Sometime a light tap with a punch and hammer will loosen the screws to make removal easier.

  • If the rotor does not pull off, thread 2 bolts into the holes near the studs. Screw the bolts in evenly and the rotor will be pushed off the hub.

  • Clean the hub and install the new rotor.

  • Radiator

    1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

    2. Drain the cooling system.

    3. On some models, it may be necessary to remove the front under protection panel to gain access to the lower radiator and shroud mounting bolts.

    4. Disconnect the thermo-switch wire and the fan motor wire. The fans can be removed with the radiator as an assembly.

    5. Disconnect the upper and lower hoses at the radiator. If equipped with an automatic transaxle, disconnect and plug the cooling lines at the bottom of the radiator.

    6. Remove the hoses to the coolant reservoir.

    7. Remove the radiator bracket bolts and lift the assembly out.

    To install:

    1. Install the fan to the radiator; then install the fan and radiator assembly into the vehicle.

    2. Fill the cooling system. When filling the system, open the bleeder on the thermostat housing. On Vigor, there is a second bleeder near the fuel pressure regulator.

    3. Connect the negative battery cable. Start the engine and watch the coolant level in the radiator. It will probably require more coolant as the engine warms up.
