i have very large tonsils, i have noticed from time to time yellowish white particals in my tonsils sometimes i can get it out sometimes i can''t, then i leave it and it eventully come out on its on,it smell awful when i get it out,it sometimes causes a sore throat. what is this and what can i do about it?

These are tonsilloliths (literally "tonsil stones") that are a combination of bacteria, food particles, and dead white blood cells. They can cause a tickling in the throat and halitosis. Here is some more information.
