Sounds like this is a air intake sealer leak or windshield leak or cowl leak or firewall leak. Some methods to find a leak are place the vehicle in the exact same position it was in when it got interior wetness. now get in the vehicle and soak it with a hose will someone inside watches for water intrusion. Another method is to get warm soapy water in a spray bottle and start the car and turn the vents on full blast with all the windows up. Now spray all seals. This air tring to escape will cause the soap to bubble indicating air is coming out thus water can get in.
