It is hard to say if it is worth it. Some of the faults may be their due to other faults. If you can find out which ones are currently present, and/or happened more frequently I would start with those faults first. If the cam fault happened more often or is currently present I would replace that first ($125 part/ 1 hour labor). If the mixture deviation, and the control limit happened more often, then I would replace the air filter if it has not been replaced in a while. If the filter is fairly new, and you do not have any vacuum leaks then I would suspect the mass air flow meter to be the problem ($600 part/ half hour labor). The control frequency for the oxygen sensor fault is usually a bad/slow reading oxygen sensor ($200 part/ half hour labor). A misfire fault is stored everytime the computer detects a misfire with in a certain period of time (usually a couple of seconds). If it runs fine now it was probably a misfire from a long time ago.    It is possible that it only needs one of these things or it needs them all. My guesses of coarse are based on what most likely is the issue.
