hi i am a 28 yr old female. for the past 1 wk and a half, i have had a very dark brown discharge. i am now experiencing lots of swelling in my stomach and also back pain. also to let you know i have congenital adernal hyperplasia. i am on dexamethasone. levothryroxine and hydrocodone. my email add. is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX thank you

Reply to drsharmas's Post: the answer to your questions; i have not taken any new meds and no i have not consulted a DR. pertaining to this vaginal discharge or swelling in stomach. im not experiencing diarreaha, and yes im having some cramping in stomach. iv very constipated due to long term use ov vicodin. i take pain meds for fibromalygia. pain is very severe. im not experiencing any fever. just swelling and back discomfort and dark brown vaginal discharge. thank you.

Dear friend,

 

It seems you are suffering from some PID. I will advice you to have a thorough vaginal check up & USG of the abdomen, uterus & adnexa so that any oher pathology to be ruled out.

Please don't be late in consulting a doctor for all these investigations. There can be some internal bleeding. Swelling of stomach has to be known by USG of abdomen. A complete examination of you by a gynaecologist is necessary for you.
