Hello,
Hot compresses several times a day will encourage it to drain more. Please don't squeeze or pick at it since this forces the infection deeper. After hot compresses, apply an antibacterial ointment and a bandaid or other dressing. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after treating the boil, since the bacteria in the drainage can spread to other areas of the body, or to other people. If this doesn't get a lot better in a few days, you should see your medical provider who can open and drain it completely and prescribe stronger antibiotic medication.
