i do not want to download more programs. I was asked by polkerstars to send my zip file to them. how do i attach this file and send?

Hi,
The specific instructions for attaching a file depends on the email program or webmail you use for your email, but in general when you have your email message opened, look for the word "Attach" or an icon of a paper clip on your toolbar, click it, then browse to the location where your file is stored, select it.
