I loaned my son and his wife money back in 2002 $4300.00 to be exact, and all I''ve received is $100.00 in all that time, all I get is grief from them. What course or courses of action are there for me to get this back?

Dear XXXXXXXXX - The only course of action you have is to file a suit for the money. That is the only legal way to recover on a loan. You probably can file on your own in small claims court to avoid the cost of legal counsel.
