Question

I have persion cats. 2 of them from the same litter died. They stoped eating and drinking and just went and hide and died withen a day. They are only two years old

How terribly sad to lose them both so young!
This breed does have a kidney disease that is inherited that you can read about here

And also they can have an inherited heart issue Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Another possibility if they were exposed to mosquitoes at all and you are in an area where there is a lot of heartworm disease then that could also be the cause.
And of course its possible they both got into something toxic in the house or if allowed out in the yard.
I wish I could tell you for sure what it might be but the only way to know would have been to do a necropsy which is like a human autopsy to find cause of death.
My sympathies on your loss. If you have not seen www.petloss.com and the rainbow bridge story it may bring you some comfort.
