I would start by doing a couple things to see if it will help. The first thing I would do is clean your throttle body really, really good. I would also try some fuel injector cleaner to see if it gets any better. I would also look at the fuel filter and change it if it has been never changed or been some time. After doing all that if you are still having issues I would have your fuel system pressure checked to make sure you do not have a weak fuel pump. One other I want to mention is the starter. I have seen starters not work warm, but will work fine when they cool off, places like Auto Zone will check your starter at no charge.

Another thing I would try to do is when the engine Light is off to get the computer scanned for any codes. This could be very valuable in this situation. If there is a issue the computer will set a code. With this code you can troubleshoot the circuit or component causing the issue.
