Question

I have a small round lump on my vagina inside about the size of a pea its very sore and feels like a cist or something that needs to be cut to release the stuff in it ........ any ideas what it might be ?

You may have what's known as a Bartholin cyst. You can apply a warm/hot moist compress to the area which will help promote drainage or you can soak in the tub with epsom salt. If you can't get it to drain on it's own, then you may have to see your doctor to have it drained.
