Are you constipated? Any other medication problems? Taking any medications? Any nausea/vomiting? How often do you have bowel movements? Are they hard?

The fact that your belly is distended and you are having vomiting suggests the a couple of possibilities, the most urgent of which is that you may have a mechanical or a physical obstruction which should be evaluated by a doctor as soon as possible. You may have an inflammatory condition of your intestines that can be evaluated by a colonoscopy where a doctor takes a camera and looks inside your bowel to see if there is evidence of inflammation.
