Question
I have been denied visitation of my 2 year old granddaughter in my home by her mother. Is there anything I can do to pursue this issue and be able to have my granddaugter visit my home without her mother with her? I have helped take care of my granddaughter since she was about 2 months old when her mother was working or she just wanted to go out with some friends. My granddaughter and I are very close, and I miss her dearly. I still have her Christmas gifts in her room here at my home, because her mother refuses to let her come here.
