Question

I had an agreement with a broker that was not working in my best interest. We had a Agreement from 8/7/07-1/7/08. and if i bought a house 60 days after that she could collect some of the commision. My wife and i only saw here about four times and didnt have that much contact with us. my wife and I talked to her the last time on December 8th to fill out a loan application and she never called or emailed us with a responce. We probable called 4 or 5 times in the month of December with messages left to her with no reponse untill 1/29/08 calling us wanting to get us into a house. She never helped out with what type of loans are out there or even with homes that where available. With this agreement should the contract become void since she never tried in finding us a house and would not return phone calls.
