Some women have brown or pink spotting when they are pregnant. Give it until two weeks after your missed period. Not always, but sometimes it can take that long for it to show up on a home pregnancy test. At that point you can have your doctor do a blood pregnancy test and if that is negative they will work with you on finding out why you haven't started your period.
