Have a major problem. a compaq preserio media center editin 2005 XP pro not under warranty now .It had 2004 system I think and it crashed and Ihad no disk so hp installed 2002 XP I have A pavilion hp desh top with the same program now I want to know why it is not stable and hd to go the factory 2 times a new hard drive and and fan repaced.? Still has more problems crashes or everything goes in the trah bin , been partioned 3 or 4 times should I buy a XXXX XX XXXXX oe what.? also need help with the media side it is still 2005 but have use it .

sice its about my computer they should tell me where I can find the answer. Compacq Preserio media center2005 with a 2002 operating system? not right.HP will not make it right.
