Hello bhammon1983,
The first thing for you to consider is a reversal of the tubal ligation (having your tubes tied). This is a microsurgical procedure that is being done more and more these days with very good results. The cost of reversing a tubal ligation may be as little as 1/2 the cost of in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
I strongly suggest that you first look into a reversal. If this is not an option for you then IVF is very much a viable option for anyone who has had their tubes tied.
Today, there are many options for women and men who have had what were previously believed to be "irreversible" procedures to prevent pregnancy.
Good luck!
